What areas can Emsculpt NEO treat?

Is Emsculpt NEO safe?
Yes. Because Emsculpt NEO is 100% noninvasive, there are no incisions, scars, risk of infection, etc. that can cause complications – like surgical fat removal.
Emsculpt NEO has been FDA-cleared to safely build muscle, improve muscle tone, and increase strength.
Does Emsculpt NEO hurt?
Emsculpt NEO is not considered painful. Our Englewood, NJ patients report that the treatment feels like an intense workout of muscles in the area being treated.
The level of intensity is gradually increased over the series of treatments – just like your workouts. As the variable level is increased, patients are able to provide feedback during their treatment so the machine can be adjusted at any time.

Who is a Good Candidate for Emsculpt NEO?
Emsculpt NEO is the ideal treatment for almost anyone who wants to build muscle and reduce fat to achieve a more toned body, defined abs, or “lifted” butt. It is excellent for people with trouble spots of stubborn fat and for men and women who don’t have time to spend endless hours in the gym. Emsculpt NEO is also great for guys and gals who feel they have “plateaued” and simply can’t get the body sculpting results they want working out.
Unlike some other laser-based treatments, Emsculpt NEO is safe for darker skin colors. And, it is recommended for men and women with a BMI up to 35% – which is higher than many other fat removal treatments.
And, amazingly, Emsculpt Neo can also improve “Diastasis Recti” (stretched abdominal muscles after childbirth). Emsculpt NEO can assist in returning abdominal muscles back to flat position by up to 19%.
There are only a few individuals who are not good candidates for Emsculpt NEO. These include pregnant women, morbidly obese individuals, people with a tattoo in the area where the applicator will be applied, and individuals with implanted metal, or a pacemaker or cardiac defibrillator. Patients who have cardiac issues, a history of seizures, or a hernia near the treatment site are also not allowed to undergo Emsculpt NEO. Be sure to tell Dr. Gor if you have had any previous surgeries in the area being treated, as well.

Is Emsculpt NEO permanent?
Emsculpt NEO fat removal is permanent, because it destroys and eliminates fat cells in the treatment area that can never come back. Of course, it is possible to gain weight after Emsculpt NEO if you continue eat more calories than you burn. But you should no longer have those problematic “trouble spots.”
Emsculpt NEO muscle building is also very long lasting. However, like any muscle building, if you do not continue to use the muscles, you will not maintain the results “forever.”
When will I see Emsculpt NEO results?
Patients begin to “feel” results after the first treatment, just like an intensive workout. Visible muscle toning results are typically seen in as short as two to four weeks after the last session in the patient’s series of treatments.
Visible results of fat reduction take a bit longer – as the body has to metabolize and eliminate the destroyed fat cells. Fat removal results are usually seen around 8 to 12 weeks after treatment. Visible fat loss results will continue to improve over the course of weeks to months after the treatment as all of the destroyed fat cells are eliminated.
How many Emsculpt NEO sessions will I need?
The number of Emsculpt NEO treatments a man or woman needs will vary. It will depend on where they start in terms of muscle tone and amount of fat -as well as their desired end goals.
However, a series of Emsculpt NEO treatments can increase muscle up to 25% and reduce fat by up to 30% in the treated area.

How Long Does Emsculpt NEO take?
